Hello everyone and thanks for visiting my brand spankin' new cake blog. I plan to make this my own place on the interwebz to show off some of the things I do at work. I have been a cake decorator for 2 short years so I am still learning everyday. I feel that I have progressed a lot with just a short length of training and practice.

I always fight people for the roses. thats the prefect cake! everyone gets one... or two... or three.
